Charlie Lee Karate programs provide s a variety of classes to meet the fitness needs and interests of everyone. For adults, CLK offers a challenging program for achieving a total body workout, weight control and developing strength, flexibility, endurance, agility and focus.
For youth and teens, CLK offers programs for developing motivation, confidence, discipline, concentration, sense of responsibility, respect and better performance in other sports. For those interested in safety and protection, CLK instructors are highly experienced in teaching various practical and effective methods for self protection.
YOUTH, AGES 6-12
CLK’s unique, comprehensive program focuses on helping young children develop inner and outer strength to enhance all areas of their lives including home, school, sports and other after-school activities as well as interpersonal relationships. With a structured curriculum and specialized drills and techniques, CLK instructors help students develop physical strength, endurance, coordination, balance and flexibility. They also learn how to develop and improve:
- Respect and Patience
- Self-confidence and self esteem
- Focus and concentration
- Positive-attitude and Manners
- Strong work ethic
- Leadership
ADULT, AGES 13-100
CLK’s Specialized Adult Program is a great way to get in shape and is designed for people who want to achieve a high level of mental and physical fitness:
- Experience a total body work out that helps develop physical strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
- Achieve weight control.
- Manage stress and reduce tension.
- Learn practical and effective methods for self-defense that work in real-life situations.
- Reduce the risk of disease with improved physical conditioning.
